PRICE LAY OUT
The pricing for embroidery digitizing is as follows:
- $2 per 1,000 stitches for orders exceeding 10,000 stitches.
- A minimum price of $15.
- A maximum price of $100.
For special volume discounts, please reach out to us.
For vector art pricing, it ranges from $15 to $75, depending on the complexity of the art.
RETURN POLICY
Customers have the option to cancel their Orders, Quotes, and Vector services within 12 hours of placing the order.
PAYMENT TERMS
Apex Digitizing will send an invoice to the customer once the order has been completed and delivered. Orders will be billed according to the quoted price or, if no quote was requested by the customer, based on the stitch count as mentioned above, or as per prior discussion with the Sales Manager. Special pricing may be provided for volume orders. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. SHIPPING POLICY
All Orders, Quotes, and Vectors placed with Apex Digitizing will be delivered via email or uploaded to the Apex Digitizing website. In cases where physical delivery is requested, we will utilize air or ground courier services, with any associated delivery charges added to the customer’s bill.
